GEOANALYSIS S.A. participated with great success in the 21st International EuroXR Conference 2024, one of the leading events in Europe for Extended Reality (XR) technologies, held in Athens from November 27 to 29, 2024.
Our company’s executives had the opportunity to present the “Geokonstruct” service, developed in collaboration with the Information Technologies Institute ( ITI) & Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH), which offers innovative digitization solutions in the construction sector by combining BIM technologies and augmented reality (AR).
At the same time, they showcased innovative virtual reality (VR) applications that have been implemented to promote and preserve cultural heritage, utilizing detailed 3D models of monuments and archaeological sites.
Through discussions, speeches, and presentations of other projects and applications, we gained valuable insight into the latest trends in the XR field, enhancing our expertise and improving the services we provide to our clients.
We sincerely thank the organizers of the conference, EuroXR and iSENSE, for their excellent hospitality and the opportunity to exchange views and ideas with members of the academic/research community, as well as executives from other leading companies in the field. These discussions highlighted the importance of collaboration between businesses and the academic community for pioneering research aimed at creating practical applications
