Project Title: “Neural Networks and Intelligent Computing Systems for Geoinformatics Applications”:

As a continuation of its long-term research effort, GEOANALYSIS SA successfully implemented self-financed research in the field of Artificial Neural Networks. The main purpose of the research was to integrate innovative processes into the company’s production line and to introduce it to new market opportunities. The final product of the research is the GEOANALYZER algorithm which is the result of an effort to create software that intervenes in all stages of the digital management and processing of spatial and descriptive data derived from scanned documents of texts and diagrams with the use of machine learning models. For all the experiments of organization, classification,
decoding and analysis of geospatial data, a large sample of scanned files was used to convert the analog-scanned information into a digital format, its registration in a base for further processing and analysis, incorporating machine learning algorithms in computational tasks such as optical character recognition (OCR ), the grouping and classification of scanned files (texts and images) but also in the field of data analysis.
